We range from 1260D to 1680D ballistic nylon, materials widely used in military and tactical gear for their strength and abrasion resistance. We chose this range to deliver the right balance of durability, flexibility, and comfort tough enough to handle repeated scratching, friction, and everyday wear without making the mat unnecessarily stiff or rigid.
