120-Day Durability Guarantee
If your dog damages their bed within 120 days of receiving it, Alorex will provide a one-time replacement depending on the product type.
Apex Collection: Includes a full product replacement for elevated and reinforced durability systems.
Core Collection: Includes a replacement cover only. Internal foam or mattress components are not included under this coverage.
To submit a claim, please use our warranty portal and provide your order details along with photos of the damage.
Warranty Credit Option
If a replacement is not available or preferred, a one-time store credit may be issued. This credit can be used toward eligible physical products on the site for a limited time.
Items purchased using warranty credit are considered replacements and are not eligible for additional warranty coverage.
10-Year Structural Support Guarantee
If your Core Collection orthopedic mattress loses more than 2 inches of support within 10 years, we will provide a one-time replacement of the internal structure.
This does not apply to damage caused by chewing, scratching, water exposure, or misuse. Outer covers are not included.
1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
If your product arrives with manufacturing defects or fails due to workmanship issues, we will replace the affected component within 1 year of purchase.
This includes stitching issues, zipper failures, and material defects. It does not cover damage from destructive behavior or improper use.
Additional Terms
- Accessories are covered only under the 1-year craftsmanship warranty and are not chew-resistant products.
- Clearance, final sale, and open-box items are not eligible for warranty coverage.
- Warranty claims are limited to one replacement per item.
- Warranty replacements are not eligible for refunds.
- Shipping for replacements may be limited based on location.
Important Notice
While Alorex products are engineered for durability, no material is completely indestructible. Dogs with persistent destructive behavior may eventually damage any product.
Supervision is recommended for dogs with a history of aggressive chewing or ingestion. Alorex is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse or unintended use of the product.
